The bottom of a real estate market is usually apparent only when things are already headed back up. What was the last thing you bought online? There have been lots of blogs about a census report and an accompanying chart/graph that shows an increase in online buying. While online real estate searches are primarily done to gather information, there are lots of things being bought online. The report indicates that online purchases of almost everything other than prescription drugs are increasing. The stats reported indicate that smaller ticket items are what people are most comfortable with. And of course, there is much debate over the source and accuracy of the charts.
