Falmouth MA Real Estate Median Price is up 11% in October 2018 According to preliminary data released on Friday November 16th, the Falmouth MA Real Estate Median Price is up 11% in October 2018. In my earlier blog, I reported that the Cape Cod and Islands Association of REALTORS® (CCIAOR) reported a $49,900 increase over last October's median price for properties across The Cape. In Falmouth, that median price is even higher, +$51,425. Cape Cod Real Estate Market Update - Mid July 2017 How is the Cape Cod Real Estate Market so far this year? Here's an Update of the stats thru Mid July 2017. I know Holly and I have been busy. According to preliminary data released last week by the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® (CCIAOR), there were 576 homes sold in June 2017. That number is made up of the following categories and numbers: 449 single-family homes and 127 condominiums. The median sales price was $400,000 for single-family homes. When you look at the numbers, the total numbers are off, but the average values are up for month of September. There were 609 deeds recorded at the Barnstable Registry of Deeds in September 2014 with stated sales values above $50,000.00 representing a stated value of $295,393,590.00 in county-wide real estate sales versus 638 deeds recorded in September 2013.
