Today has been quite a day I am pleased to say! I have received about 10 phone calls many of them interested in our staging services and booking appointments. I did have a “New” agent call me (one I have not worked with before) and start to ask me questions about my company, packges, pricing, and more. Did you know one of the biggest things that make selling a home hard is your emotional attachment! Everyone has it and everyone's level of attachement is varied. When a buyer comes into a home for sale and they see the heights of the kids growing up marked on the wall, the mural painted in the kids bedroom, family photo's all around and more it makes it VERY hard for those buyers to want to "Take" that connection away from you. I think everyone over the age of 25 with the right mind knows who Suzanne Somers is!! Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think that I would have the opportunity to meet her.
