If you are considering building a new home in southwest Florida, specifically Charlotte county, now may be the time to do it. With current resale inventory being at record lows many people are opting to build a new home. One community, South Gulf Cove has new homes being built everywhere you look. After the real estate market crashed in Florida, Charlotte county reduced the impact fees to encourage building. It worked well and there have been hundreds of new home starts through out the county.
