~ Florida Assist Bond Program: Orange County and Volusia County are both offering eligible first time buyers up to $15,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance.
~ State Housing Initiative Program (S.H.I.P.): Most counties and some cities in Florida are offering eligible very low to moderate income buyers up to $30,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance.
