Finally! Yesterday I made it to Chef Sara's Raw Vegan Academy & Cafe in Cave Creek, Arizona. Yes, that's right. Not only a vegetarian restaurant in Cave Creek, but vegan and raw, to boot! The cute little rustic house in which the restaurant is located is a little hard to find - a little off the beaten path (located east of the Dairy Queen and behind Big Bronco) - but SO WORTH the hunt!
