But in a good way ... I guess. Here in Dallas, the real estate construction season is in full swing! From this direction, you can see another 300+ unit apartment building slowly making it's way up! Should be completed by late summer 2012. Could all this construction be a sign of recovery and growth? I sure hope so! For starters, the labor market in Texas is showing significant signs of improvement. This past January, Texas reported its unemployment rate had dropped to 7.8% -- the lowest unemployment rate in Texas since July 2009. Might this represent "the view of good things … (6 comments)
