busy: When one gets busy, one must keep prospecting

Hey new agents out there, a funny thing happened to me on the way to lead generation... I got busy. Yes, busy. Which is a very good thing; in fact, the best thing if you are a real estate agent. However, just as I was warned by a great fellow colleague of mine in my very first week of working as an agent, when one gets busy, one must not forget what got one there. It is very easy to be working hard for your new clients, whether buys or lists, and forget that once those deals close, you have nothing (6 comments)
