interest rates: When is it time to buy a home?

A question I often get in real estate is when is it the best time to buy a home. "Should I buy now, or wait for the spring when the market is better? Should I buy in the summer when people have more time? When do you think interest rates will go up"? All of these questions certainly are excellent ones, and ones that as real estate professionals, we owe it to our clients to answer. And the answer I always give is: right now!
