The Sterling Manor subdivision consists of approximately 225 custom-built single-family homes and 100 townhomes which were built by Town & Country Homes. There are still a few vacant lots available for building a custom home. The Sterling Manor Park located at the north end of the subdivision has two tennis courts, basketball hoops, a baseball field, playground and covered pavilion. There is a walking trail around the park. There is a paved pedestrian/bike trail from the park all the way to Kaneville Road which borders the south side of the subdivision.
