      <description>I just upgraded my phone to the Galaxy S7 Edge, and found an emergency SOS feature which is amazing! I believe all Realtors need this feature when showing homes. There have been news of Realtors in emergency situations and even killed while showing vacant homes. You can add 4 contacts, and when you tap your on and off button 3 times rapidly, the phone will send them a text saying you need help, SOS!. It will even capture some audio and take a picture of your location, then it sends a text to these 4 people. Oh, and a link to Google Maps of your location. And it works! I tested it and my niece came running from the house to see if I was ok. Lol!This is a great thing to have for anybody that is out and about in case of emergencies.Being safe is a must for everyone, but we Realtors can be targets when showing vacant homes. Sometimes we forget to think and just go and meet complete strangers (by ourselves), and really, anything could happen.This little feature could be the difference in someone getting to you quickly to help. Be safe everyone.</description>

The other day I was referred a buyer and when I sat with them to explain everything I would do for them, they were very much supprised by all the work I put into helping them buy a home. Once they like a property they want, we help them make an offer. But that is not even half of what we do.
