kingsland ga homes: Coastal Georgia – Active Adult Living, Golf, Marina, Gated and Retirement Communities - 12/30/08 06:57 AM
With the Baby Boomer generation beginning to retire there has been a recent surge in home building to meet their retirement expectations and lifestyle.  Although many nearing retirement tend to look at Coastal Florida communities or Arizona golf communities, there are equal or better retirement lifestyles in lesser advertised Georgia.
Georgia is the least developed coastal state on the eastern coast.  Large developers realized this a few years ago and have started developing golf, marina, and gated communities to attract active adults nearing, or in their retirement years.  Unfortunately many retiring baby boomers still look towards the better known Florida and … (0 comments)

Life getting better or worse is all a matter of perspective.  If you ask the average real estate agent they will tell you they'd like to see more sales and increased income.  In contrast, if you ask the "above average" real estate agent you may find a different opinion (slow markets drive bad agents out of the profession).
The big question for potential buyers is "Can life get any better?"  With interest rates dropping to the levels we saw during the 2005 boom (solidly below 6%) mixed with the fact that prices have dropped considerably - I am of the opinion … (0 comments)
