While viewing a listing in the Oakwood section of Staten Island I came across an unusual object made of wood, which stood about 6 feet tall. I asked the owner of this home to tell me about this and the other handmade Karate objects..He explained to me that these are all learning devices for Karate and usually are shipped from overseas. While departing my weekly visit to the Nursing Home where my mother-in-law is residing, I saw all the people coming and going....Hmmm, I said to myself, here we have nurses, doctors,receptionists,aids,a cleaning crew,maintainence men,cooks,coffe shop attendants,etc. What a better place to put my flyers with my business card...A few days later I did just that...On the second day I received 2 phone calls inquiring about home purchases.
