These last few days I have often found myself reflecting back on the year that just passed. Some of 2009 was good, some was bad and some was just plain in-between. Personally, I was thrilled to see it go! Now, I hope I'm not wrong, but I think I can hear the ever so faint rumblings of a market that is getting set to take off. NOT, granted, with the incredible speed and incredible prices of the early 2000's, but I do believe that this year the real estate market is going to be better than the last several years.
