new construction: Thank You for the Thank You!
- 10/20/09 08:35 AM
A post the other day by Peggy Wester: Thanks I needed that actually came into play for me today. As I arrived at work today, there was a little envelope stuck in my door addressed to me. Already, wondering what adventure awaited me, I became a little excited. As I opened it, I could see it was a Thank You card. What a nice surprise! I love to thank my buyers for working with me and occasionally receive a thank you card back from them. But, understandably, my buyers go about the business of moving into their new home and their thoughts are (3 comments)

new construction: Thank you, Linda Tran
- 10/15/09 08:36 AM
Celebrity Homes in Omaha, NE recently had a closing on one of our brand new homes. The buyer's agent is Linda Tran with Real Estate Associates. I'd like to thank her for always being the consummate professional. She has been involved in many Celebrity Homes purchases. She needed to translate most of the walkthrough orientation for her clients and she was WONDERFUL. She is excellent at explaining all of the ins and outs of taking care of a brand new home and patiently answering all of her clients' questions. Celebrity Homes' orientation gentleman, Rick, also did an outstanding job of taking (2 comments)

new construction: Clock is ticking (LOUDLY) on $8000 Tax Credit Deadline
- 10/02/09 09:54 AM
I hear ads on the TV and Radio about how anyone who qualifies for the $8000 tax credit still has almost 60 days to look for a new home. Well, that is actually a little deceiving. It takes approximately 30-45 to close on a loan so really, first time homebuyers only have a few weeks at the very most to sign a purchase contract to take advantage of the $8000 tax credit. The last day to close under this program is November 30th, 2010. As far as new construction in Omaha, Celebrity Homes still has a few homes, townhomes, and villas (2 comments)
new construction: Why buy a New Celebrity Home?
- 09/27/09 06:43 AM
I am asked on a daily basis why someone looking in Omaha, NE should buy a Celebrity Home? The reasons are actually quite numerous. You get the stability of building with a company who has been in business for more than 30 years. One that has been through the highs of an excellent economy and the valleys when times are tougher. We will be here today, tomorrow, next year, and on and on. And we back that with fantastic warranty service. We are constantly keeping up with current trends. If you'd like stainless steel appliances, I get to say "Yes-It's All (2 comments)
