As a member of the New York State Association of Realtors I have been involved in supporting and opposing legislation that is important to our industry and private property owner's rights in NYS. We have just been able to have a bill pass both the Senate and the Assembly that stops sex offenders from getting licensed in the State of New York. May be you as a Realtor want to see this happen in your state? I for one, when the idea first came up to restrict only certain offenders, in the higher felony classification, got my back up. I wish I could take credit for this but it is from a friend of a friend on mine that actually brought this to my attention. It is so relevant that I decided to pass it on to anyone out there, men and women. This was so moving....I want everyone to think about it and what relevance it has today. Why Women Should Vote. It's bad enough we have to pay such high prices for gas in an industry that requires us to be on the road at almost all times. Might as well take advantage of our situation. This is what John and I did to maximize our gas expenditures and road time with marketing visibility! Come on all you road warriers...
