sellers market: Is it really a buyers market - 06/14/08 04:58 PM
For most of you that think that yes think again.  There are areas in Southern California where buyers are coming competing with lots of other buyers for the same property.  Don't get me wrong there are still properties that are overpriced and those are the ones where they have been listed for over 100 days.  Sellers who realize where buyers are willing to buy are listing their properties at prices that buyers are willing to pay.  This makes it a sellers market where the sellers are having their choice of what buyer to pick.
