So how did 2014 Princeville condo sales end the year? The Princeville condo market was quite flat in 2014. Princeville condo sales experienced a 2% decrease in the median sale price - from a median sales price of $487,000 in 2013 to a median sales price of $477,000 in 2014. And the number of sales saw a slight increase of 2 condos sold - from 84 in 2013 to 86 in 2014.
Last year at this time, I wrote about a 30% increase in the median sales prices ( from 2012 to 2013) so we certainly did not see the … (3 comments)
