time blocking: Scripts!

I know I need to work on a few things to further my real estate career. However there is one thing I have always had trouble with, Scripts. I have trouble getting them down and memorizing them. It is like a mental block!?! This time around I have enlisted the help of a friend. I need the support and motivation to keep going. Business has slowed down over the past few months, which I think is good overall. Home prices need to return to normal and level off. My business has been steady, so I can not complain. I feel now that I am more busy than ever. As an agent to stay in business you need to put yourself out there. I have been trying to call my database regularly, maintain relationships, do all my networking, and build up my on line presence. I found this all to be very time consuming, but worth it!
