For my second entry into Lisa Von Domek's February Challenge, I'd like to share a transaction that had a mix of love and hate in it. 
The love part is it had a happy ending.  The hate part was getting to the love part.

Over the span of a 30-year career I had the opportunity to work many transactions.  Some I loved and some not so much. Since it is February, the month of love,  Lisa Von Domek has challenged us to write about some of the transactions we loved during our careers.

"Here she goes again", they say... Carol is spreading her corny Christmas Every Day cheer.  
Honestly, Christmas isn't that big of a deal to me.  I mean, it doesn't carry all the pomp and joy that it does for a lot of people.  
Don't get me wrong... I am definitely not a Scrooge.  Quite the opposite.  As corny as it may seem, I truly try to live the spirit of Christmas throughout the year.
