I am thankful for being able to find the humor in most things and understand there is a lot of inconveniences and annoyances in life and very little crisis. Actual crisis is a fact of life, though. As I get older, and especially in retirement, I no longer feel the need to try to be something or someone I think others want me to be. I can truly embrace my own uniqueness. Nearly (if not all) local outside events have been canceled. The State of Washington currently has the distinction of having the unhealthiest air in the United States. There was a question yesterday in the Q&A section about stress. We all experience it on various levels throughout life. Your attitude toward the stresses of life is your perspective. You surely know people who are always in a state of drama. Everything is a crisis to them. Every time things don't go their way, they act like the world is coming to an end. They raise their voice and use inappropriate language... and what does it accomplish? Nothing, except keeping themself and everyone around them upset!
