Oh My... I'm in the top 10% (or is that the bottom 10%)?Yesterday, I received the list of people eligible for the 2006 Pioneer Award in the North Central Washington Association of Realtors. I have no visions of winning this distinction but I was definitely taken aback by even seeing my name included on this list. I've always thought of the Pioneers as the "old timers".
