I just wrote a post on my Dyersburg Real Estate blog about my Dyersburg real estate market being "red hot". I attribute that to three reasons.
1. School starts back here in Dyersburg in the last week of July.
2. Our local economy is in recovery mode complete with new jobs.
3. My Dyersburg real estate website continues to be at the top of Google for key search terms.

market: Investors Helped Turn The Dyersburg Real Estate Market! - 04/06/12 05:13 AM
Over the last few months, investors and foreclosures have ruled the day with the Dyersburg real estate market. I would say that over 75% of home sales over the last few months have been foreclosures.
The average sale time 6 months ago was about 6 months but now when the "priced right" foreclosure hits the market it almost never gets to the investor time period which means owner occupants are coming into the game and buying before the investor can actually bid.
Even properties needing lots of work are being purchased by owner occupants. I see this as a great sign … (2 comments)
