MLS listing sheets can be confusing. If you are not used to the abbreviatons, or are looking at a listing sheet for the first time, you may have questions as to what some of them mean. Here are a few of the most common questions I receive on listing sheets.
AR: This is just the geographical area that your local mls uses to group properties. TI: This is the tax identification number associated with a give address FB: Full Bath HB: Half Bath Main SF: Main Level Square Feet LSZ: Lot Size LGL: The Legal description of the property.
