A lot of people generally know I usually stay close to Table Rock Lake area in my sphere of sales. But sometimes people ask me to sell in other towns nearby that are not in my MLS. Usually I tell sellers that it would do them better to list with a local agent and then refer the business over. But on the other hand with a buyers agent, by law myself-I can sell anything in the state since I have a Missouri license. I had shown this home yesterday and thought it was such a good buy that I wanted to post it in case you're seeing it on-line and wondering. In person it looks much better than the pictures, so I took a couple shots just to show the view -unheard of at this price. The bedrooms are small and it needs some finish work but overall seems like a solid house. A lot with this kind of view would sell for around 20,000 then add your sewer and water, another 10,000, plus building a home?? This seems like a free house when … (0 comments)
