I had shown this home yesterday and thought it was such a good buy that I wanted to post it in case you're seeing it on-line and wondering. In person it looks much better than the pictures, so I took a couple shots just to show the view -unheard of at this price. The bedrooms are small and it needs some finish work but overall seems like a solid house. I was very thankful and excited to close on these two foreclosed properties this month. Both were second homes buyers, one was financed and the other cash. Both were Fannie homes and the price was a steal! Fannie Mae seems to really be coming down off of the listing price. For example- This 2 BD cabin at the entrance of Big Cear was listed at $139,000, it sold for $122,000. The one on the right was listed for $124,500 sold for only $110,000! Lakeview, over 2000 sqft. If you are trying to search for lake front land on Table Rock here are a few helpful tips. I am currently looking myself for a client that would like 2-5+ acres on the water. He will be coming to town at the end of the month. Today I will be starting my search on the MLS to see what is active. For example right now I am searching in the areas of Branson, Branson West, Kimberling, Ridgedale and Blue Eye (preferably JJ and UU Hwy.)

It's been a long haul for this little lake house. I'm so happy it's buyers finally found it! Located on DD Hwy this lake home at 54 Turnridge Dr. Reeds Spring, MO had many admirers with a showing about every week or two. At first we added a boat slip and a boat in the garage making it a package deal, then we took it out thinking it would be better to lower the price in the MLS. This is my latest closing at 55 Angel Wing Way, Blue Eye, MO. It had everything that every lake home buyer is looking for. A great view, a walk to the lake, a private bath for each of the 3 bedrooms, decks, garages, and acre and a boat slip!! All sold for $165,000! Incredible! We have had this lake home listed since early September of last year. Of course selling a lake home in the dead of winter is always a challenge, So our builder Marlin Constance has thrown in some great incentives to buyers! These pictures were taken right after our little ice storm about a month ago. So I had to slide down the hill to get these pictures of the docks!! Suggestions anyone? This will not be your typical open house. Imagine marketing a 4 million dollar lake front spec house! Our idea was to have a after hours invitation only party.
