So in our market we have lots of retirees, and the trend I see is the downsizing modern style, minimal home. Which we do not have for sale anywhere...Plus our average market price for sold homes in the Branson, MO area is still under $150,000. When I got a call from a man that was referred to me by his best friend (my past seller) I was excited to get another listing, plus the house sounded like what every retiree is looking for- All one level, 2 bedrooms, and acre, newer construction. If you have thought about retirement in the mid-west why not consider Branson, MO? Most of my clients are retirees and this list includes some reasons why they have choosen Branson over other places in the country.
