These photos were taken on a hot August day while driving down Longbend Rd, Galena MO. After doing a drive by appraisal and pre-viewing we decided to take a dip in the launch/beach area.

I was over here taking shots of a foreclosure home coming on the market-(not in this neighborhood) but down the road, and thought of making a tour of Stoney Point, since we have sold a couple homes here before located on DD Hwy and Slane Chapel Rd.. If you are trying to search for lake front land on Table Rock here are a few helpful tips. I am currently looking myself for a client that would like 2-5+ acres on the water. He will be coming to town at the end of the month. Today I will be starting my search on the MLS to see what is active. For example right now I am searching in the areas of Branson, Branson West, Kimberling, Ridgedale and Blue Eye (preferably JJ and UU Hwy.)

It's been a long haul for this little lake house. I'm so happy it's buyers finally found it! Located on DD Hwy this lake home at 54 Turnridge Dr. Reeds Spring, MO had many admirers with a showing about every week or two. At first we added a boat slip and a boat in the garage making it a package deal, then we took it out thinking it would be better to lower the price in the MLS. Sometimes I take so many pictures I forget what I've taken. We were on our way to check out a For Sale By Owner Lake home on Indian Point just down the road from Silver Dollar City.
