Live Highlands Ranch : Backcountry Wilderness Half-Marathon
Join us for our third annual 1/2 marathon in Highlands Ranch. This is an amazing course utilizing the Douglas County and HRCA Backcountry trails. This is a single loop course. The course starts around 6,000 ft and has a high point of 6,400 ft with lots of up and down.

I hate sounding like a broken record, but . . . active and new listings contine to be down significantly in this challenging market. On the Residential side active listings are down by 267 homes or 33% and the number of new listings is down even more significantly, 259 homes or 59%. But on the bright side, the number of homes sold during the month of August, as well as year to date, both show positive growth.
