A happy December to one and all. As we approach the end of the year let's take a look at the Highlands Ranch Real Estate Market for October, 2011.
As we're closing out the year we continue to see the same trends we've been experiencing all year. The number of homes sold continues to show modest gains, while the number of homes currently on the market, as well as new listings, continues to lag significantly over 2010.
Toys for Tots put out a plea this week for toys in the Colorado area. They've even extended the date to drop off toys from the 16th of December to December 20, 2011.
