The Highlands Ranch Golf Club Home Owners Association has been given notice that Arapahoe Acres ownership is in negotiations for their property near the Golf Club (just north of Santa Fe and Town Center Drive) with WalMart, Lowes and Costco for their parcel of land.
A group of citizens has scheduled a meeting with Arapahoe Acres owners and the real estate developer to discuss this very important issue. The meeting, being held at the Westridge Recreation Center, will be Thursday, November 17, 2011 at 6:30 pm.
