For all you non-cooks or last minute cooks. Here's a super easy recipe that you can make for that Fourth of July Party. It's truly a no-brainer. Enjoy!! It takes 4 main ingredients: Creamy Fiesta Dip 1 cup Mayonnaise 1 cup Sour Cream 1 cup chunky Salsa 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional) Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Add chopped tomatos, black olives, jalapenos or shredded pepper jack cheese or Mexican blend shredded cheese on top for garnish. Chill in fridge. Serve with tortilla chips (preferably red/blue & original), crackers and or veggie sticks for dipping.

Super Bowl is definitely one of the more exciting events people look forward to at the beginning of every year. Well my good friend, Tim McCune, one of the proud owners of Salt Creek Grille in Dana Point will be hosting a Super Bowl Extravaganza in honor of the exciting Cults vs. Saints game!
