This week feels like the seasons are changing. We let go of summer; flip-flops, t-shirts, skirts and shorts. Let's go outdoor activities like sailing and swimming. We switched to soccer and football. We reorganize our closets making room for fall winter clothes.
All this begs the question: Should you move during the fall and winter? If you're selling, it may be the best time. You're not competing with as many properties. The winter buyer is a serious buyer. The same can be said of the winter seller. You're serious about making a move.

Utility crews came from all over the United States and Canada to help restore power to hundreds of thousands of people. In the aftermath.... Hurricane Sandy left major problems in New York City and the surrounding communities. Although we have power, WiFi started acting up yesterday. Labor Day Weekend, the last three day weekend of the summer and a signal that the laid back days of summer vacation are over; time to get serious about work again.
