Well we're bust alright! I'm curious out there to you with me in the "trenches" of the day to day.. have you experienced any fall out from the mortgage implosion?  I just got unwittingly swept up in the subprime industry clean up.  I have a listing... the buyer was totally approved, underwritten ...
