She reminds people that, through Hope for Homeowners program, conumers in trouble with their mortgage can call 1-888-995-HOPE. They will give counseling and have the capability to redo a loan. The loan amount can be reduced! She also reminds people tha when they get in trouble with their loan to call their lender. the lender wants them to stay in their home.
