What kind of lots have been selling in Oak Ridge, Tennessee 37830 this year, 2011? Since January 1, 2011, the only lots that have sold in Oak Ridge, Tennessee are ones in Rarity Ridge. The average list price for those lots was $14,288 and the average sale price was $9,156.
