I think that I tend to go above and beyond quite often for my clients; one particular example of this would be the time that my husband and I went over to a new property management account, that I had listed for rent at 11:30 pm, because someone had broken in. The property owner who lives in Connecticut, had received a call from a neighbor that someone had broken into the property and had left an upstairs window open.
