I think that sometimes it is assumed that as a Real Estate Agent you are required to always be available. I have read numerous blogs by other Realtors stating that you should always answer your phone, and that you need to be on duty 24/7 to be successful, or even to be considered responsible. I can’t say that I agree with that. In today’s technology dominant world, it is sometimes hard to disconnect. There’s always that late night phone call from a possible tenant, or that text at 10 pm, that is not an emergency and just reminds you that (4 comments)
