Like a pool on a hot day, the real estate vacation market is calling you to jump in. While the real estate market is still trying to recover, people are buying vacation homes because its a deal they couldn't pass up. Interest rates are at an all-time low. We may never see rates this low in our lifetime. A differnce of a percentage point could take you out of the market. Vacation home prices have yet to recover. Short sales and foreclosures in this market have kept prices lower. Sellers are motivated. Most of the sellers are ready … (3 comments)
