The restaurant at Coweta Club in Arbor Springs Plantation is excited to welcome their new Executive Chef, Lance F. Jeffers. Along with the new Chef comes a new and exciting menu, themed buffets, and the start of a cooking school.
Chef Jeffers was raised in a family that reveled in the experience of food and has been working in restaurant kitchens since the age of 12. To celebrate our progress over the first year of our stewardship we are officially changing our name to Coweta Club at Arbor Springs Plantation. According to new golf course owner Richard Magner, “the new name reflects partly on the Coweta Indians who were a brave branch of the Creek Indians, original inhabitants of this area.” “We are proud to carry the name Coweta forward in their honor,” said Magner.
