endangered species act: Polar Bears Are "Threatened"...Placed on list by Interior Department

The U.S. Interior Department is back in the news this week. This time is for placing the Polar Bear on the "threatened" species list under the Endangered Species Act. After a 15-month study was conducted, the Secretary viewed the criteria and I believe correctly placed the Polar Bear on this list.
