New Jersey - The New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (HMFA) continues to maintain Blue Realty GMAC as co-exclusive Asset Manager in the Northern and Southern region of New Jersey. As the Asset Manager of the state since 1999, Blue Realty GMAC is responsible and sells the individual REO properties acquired by the HMFA through foreclosure in New Jersey.
