Last night (ok it was 2 nights ago; but it's still is really cool!), the Maize, Kansas city council approved a set of tax incentives to encourage new home construction as well as other kind of building in the city.
The net result, according to the city administrator, will be that new homebuyers will get the lowest tax rates in the area over 10 years. THIS IS HUGE!
