It is no surprise that Jupiter is growing exponentially with corporate and lifestyle transplants from Southern Florida and across the nation.  The reasons are clear. Remarkably well planned communities.  Less traffic & congestion. Far Lower crime rates. Sound infrastructure with underground utilities.  A huge construction boom with top builders. "A rated" schools. And eco-awarness.
It's minutes from Palm Beach and West Palm.  A quick drive to Boca Raton or Ft. Lauderdale. An hour & a half, tops, from Miami. Life in Jupiter is right near everything you need.
A million miles away from everything you want to leave behind.

It's not just the name, SCRIPPS®, on the signs that tells you this biomedical giant is setting up shop on Florida Atlantic University's Jupiter campus. The exteriors of its three buildings are nearly complete. The spire atop the centrally located administration building is already a landmark for drivers on Donald Ross Road. And Scripps' new facilities, after 14 months of work, will be formally occupied by the end of January, 2009... though scientists will be moving in equipment as buildings are completed.
