palm beach gardens: Life in Jupiter is worlds apart - 03/16/11 01:12 AM

It is no surprise that Jupiter is growing exponentially with corporate and lifestyle transplants from Southern Florida and across the nation.  The reasons are clear. Remarkably well planned communities.  Less traffic & congestion. Far Lower crime rates. Sound infrastructure with underground utilities.  A huge construction boom with top builders. "A rated" schools. And eco-awarness.
It's minutes from Palm Beach and West Palm.  A quick drive to Boca Raton or Ft. Lauderdale. An hour & a half, tops, from Miami. Life in Jupiter is right near everything you need.
A million miles away from everything you want to leave behind.

palm beach gardens: The Legends at The Gardens Condominium - 10/20/09 02:14 PM
There is a common misconception that the gated communities of Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens are only for the very rich. Names like Tiger Woods and Jupiter Island come to mind. So do Frenchman's Creek, Admiral's Cove and other known habitats of the wealthy. But the truth is that, with the help of the right Realtor®, you can find lots of affordable options that are well located and well appointed.

Take The Legends at the Gardens Condominiums at Donald Ross and Central, for example. Built by Centex in 2003. Sold primarily to investors who were out to flip them for … (3 comments)

palm beach gardens: Smart investors anticipate the market. They don't follow it. - 12/02/08 03:17 PM
A smart man I know has spent a lifetime watching for depressed real estate markets. When everyone else is fleeing the scene, he swoops in and buys up everything he can afford. He did it in London in the 70's. If he were here right now, he'd buy up a chunk of Palm Beach County - especially Jupiter homes for sale and Palm Beach Gardens real estate. And he wouldn't be the least bit daunted by the fact that mortgage underwriting is a little more stringent. No indeed. He understands that real estate is like the stock market. When people are … (4 comments)

palm beach gardens: Moving up..... to Jupiter - 12/02/08 03:03 PM
I have no trouble making waves now and again. That's our right and privilege. But it always amazes me how people respond and what they respond to.
I recently developed a marketing piece aimed at people who live in Miami. It was short, but not sweet. It referenced all the problems everyone recognizes...the traffic congestion, crime rates, inadequate schools and unplanned urban sprawl. In short, it told the truth. It's why this long-time Miami resident finally moved up and became a Jupiter Realtor/resident. Why so many people are moving north of the Broward County line. To the small-town ease and big city … (2 comments)

palm beach gardens: There's a reason they call this this Palm Coast! - 11/30/08 03:47 AM
It's not just because it's a glorious sunspot for boating, fishing, golfing or hitting the beach. It's because it now offers a remarkable combination -a laid-back place to live, and a booming place to invest in Florida properties!
From Boca to Stuart and beyond, you'll be seeing home prices start to rebound dramatically. The reason is simple. Northern Palm Beach County is beginning to enjoy the benefits of a growing biotechnology cluster focused on Scripps Florida... right here in Jupiter!
That's right folks, if you own a Jupiter home, you're at the very heart of what's happening. There's a significant amount … (0 comments)
