Which Picture is worth a 1000 Words? A friend, who just happens to be a client, found an interesting disconnect between a Realtor's photographic presentation of an MLS Listing and photographic references provided by other internet based content providers. Consider this picture.
It is from the MLS. A nice composed picture of a current listing. A picture taken for the explicit purpose of showing the featured property in the best possible light. A sales tool. Now the same listed property.
