Irvine Terrace Coloring Contest Winners
Congratulations to the Irvine Terrace, Corona del Mar coloring contest winners Gavin, Kyra, Lukas and Parker! They each received a $25.00 gift certificate to Build-A-Bear Workshop.
There were several entries and it was very challenging to pick a winner in each category. Many children made beautiful and creative pictures and all entries received a prize. In the 7 - 10 year old category Gavin was creative using the Prudential California Realty logo on his banner. Make the sale contingent on a home inspection to ensure that problems identified in the CLUE report have been repaired.
2. Seek insurance coverage as soon as your offer is approved. You must obtain insurance to buy. And you don't want to be told at closing that the insurer has denied your coverage.
