It's not really anything super fancy.... It's just a regular old FHA, VA or Conventional Mortgage except for one thing: You know that pesky requirement that lenders have about having actually STARTED a job before they can count the income.... or some require at least one paycheck.... and some require a full 30 days on the job.
If you're relocating for a new job, that can be a real hassle. Where the heck do you live in the meantime? Stick your family in a hotel for a month while you wait to get your paychecks? Wouldn't it be nice to be closed on your … (1 comments)
