It was my great pleasure ealier this week to host a hangout called "The Dangers of Overpricing Your Home" on Google+. Yesterday I hosted a Hangout for real estate bloggers on Google+. It was a lot of fun, and I really want to stress just how easy it was to do this. With the help of other really great people of course. Google Hangouts are a great way to have a meeting with colleagues, or with clients, but it's also a great way to create video content at a very low price. At no cost actually. I'm super excited to be hosing my first Hangout tomorrow on Google+. Since I know many of you who have said you will attend are first timers, I thought I better explain a few things.
