This week I showed 37 houses to 5 different buyers. All 5 buyers are relocating to Albuquerque, coming from Michigan, California, Iraq, Ohio and New York.
I love working with Relocation home buyers, but they do require a lot of work. Obviously, people who already live in Albuquerque know about the schools, the neighborhoods and the commutes.
